A new direction and new beginnings for Studio 7t7

Well hasn’t it been a long time – months in fact! I have a new addition to the family who you will have seen if you are following me on facebook and instagram and she’s certainly taking up a lot of my time! So, while on maternity I am planning on a few changes for the blog and website.  A few new ideas that you will hopefully love.

Baby Bronte has arrived!

As you may know, I have been creative all my life. I was a graffiti knitter a few years ago as part of my creative journey and one thing I love about that part of me is that it brings a smile to people passing who stumble upon my wooly art and sometimes encourages others to be creative too. I want to pursue that area of helping people to be creative more and expand Studio 7t7 into helping others to create and enjoy making things.

So, in the not too distant future, I am going to start selling patterns of all my products. They will be available as instant downloads so that you too can make toys for your little ones. They will vary from beginner to advanced and I may even do some sewing video tutorials too – watch this space. I really hope that it’ll encourage you to pick up a needle and thread and make something for the little people in your life.

Don’t forget to pop back – join the mailing list or subscribe to the blog so that you will hear about my new patterns – including some freebies that’ll be going live on the blog too.

What do you think? What pattern should I begin with from my collection? And have you ever wanted a pattern for something and can’t find it – if so can I help? Let me know in the comments….

You make beautiful gifts for boys and girls. I love making soft toys and useful objects from discarded clothes and always looking for new patterns to make them. Looking forward to your sewing pattern.
